Ingredients

1 roll (20 oz.) refrigerated slice and bake sugar cookie dough
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/4 c. skim milk
2 Tbsp. white sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
3 or 4 varieties of fruits in season
1/2 c. apricot preserves
2 Tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. strawberry extract
Preparation

Cut cookie dough into 1/8 inch slices.
Arrange cookie slices, slightly overlapping on aluminum foil covered 14 inch pizza pan, press edges to seal.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool, remove from foil onto serving plate.
Combine cream cheese, milk, sugar and vanilla until well blended.
Spread over crust.
Arrange fruit on cream cheese mixture.
Glaze with combination of apricot preserves, water and strawberry extract.
Cut into wedges.
