Mix tapioca, salt and fruit juice in a small saucepan.
Let it stand for 5 minutes.
Cook on medium heat stirring constantly until mixture comes to a full boil.
Remove from heat (The pudding thickens as it cools).
Cool 20 minutes, and stir.
Top with corn flakes and fresh fruit for a yummy, healthy snack.
You can have this warm or chilled-- I like it chilled!
Combine equal portions of chilled fruit juice and club soda or mineral water or for a sweeter taste ginger ale.

Fill the cup the rest of the way with the Fruit Juice. I find, since we had a large harvest of Pomegranates this year, this recipe works well with natural Pomegranate juice. But you can use any fruit juice.

Process until as smooth as you like.
Make jello, using water/fruit juice mixture.
Add fruit to jello and refrigerate.

Mix jello and hot water.
Add fruit juice to jello mixture. Set aside 1 cup of jello mixture to chill and whip later.
Add fruit to mixture and pour into 9 x 13-inch dish.
Let set.

Drain cans of fruit (peaches, pears, fruit cocktail, etc.); reserve liquid.
You may have to add some orange juice concentrate or pineapple juice to have 4 cups fruit juice.
Use this to cook the boxes of pudding instead of milk.
Pour over fruit and toss. Chill and serve.
Makes for a crowd.

Use what fruits are in season or your favorite.
Put gelatine in ice cold water for 2 minutes.
Put Jell-O in dish and add 2 cups boiling water.
Add another 2 cups boiling water and stir.
Cool and add 4 cups of drained fruit juice and water as desired.
When thickens, add fruit or place fruit in serving dish and add gelatine mixture.
Pour cold water in bowl and sprinkle gelatin on top.
Add sugar, salt and hot water.
Stir until all is dissolved.
Add lemon and mix thoroughly.
Put into fridge.
Allow to jell somewhat.
Cut fruit into small pieces.
Drain cherries and pineapple and cut.
Add fruit to jello when it is thickened somewhat.
Oil mold and rinse in cold water.
Pour mixture into mold and refrigerate.
To remove from mold, dip into hot water.
Fold together mayonnaise and Cool Whip.
Stir in fruit juice to make consistency desired.
Good on fresh fruit or jello salad. Keeps several days in the refrigerator.
Mix eggs and sugar together well. Add fruit juice and stir. Bring to boil.
Add jello; stir until dissolved.
Set to cook. Chill milk; whip until peaks.
Stir into hot mixture.
