Jello Fruit Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small pkg. raspberry Jell-O
1 small can mandarin oranges
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 pkg. raspberries or cranberry-orange relish
1 pt. sour cream
1 c. hot water
1 1/2 c. fruit juice
Preparation

Drain fruit; reserve 1 1/2 cups juice.
Dissolve Jell-O in 1 cup hot water.
Add fruit juice.
Let stand for at least 1 1/2 hours in refrigerator to start to jell.
Whip in sour cream.
Fold in fruit.
Pour in mold.
