Mix tapioca, salt and fruit juice in a small saucepan.

Cool 20 minutes, and stir.
Top with corn flakes and fresh fruit for a yummy, healthy snack.

Drain fruit for salad, mandarin oranges and pineapple.
Add pie mix.
Chill (overnight is better).
Before serving, add melon balls, bananas or strawberries.

Couscous For Breakfast!

Bring the milk to the boil without scorching.
As soon as the milk starts to boil, stir in the couscous with a fork. Add a pinch of salt.
Reduce heat, cover and cook on low for 4 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in the rose water or almond extract.
Garnish couscous with dried fruit, sugar, cardamom and nuts. If you wish, add a few slices of strawberries to each serving.
Also, you can pour a little bit of milk or cream on top.
Serve hot.

Place fruit in large bowl. Combine vanilla pudding mix, orange drink mix and pineapple juice. Pour over fruit and stir gently. Chill overnight before serving. Good for breakfast.

Bake Sale Marshmallow Treats

Use about half the butter to generously grease a 13x9-inch baking dish.
Melt remaining butter in a non-stick stock pot over medium heat; add marshmallows and cook, stirring frequently, until the marshmallows are melted, 5 to 7 minutes. Remove pot from heat.
Stir crispy rice cereal, brown sugar and butter-flavored breakfast cereal, and fruit flavored breakfast cereal into the marshmallow mixture to coat; pour into the prepared baking dish and press flat.
Cool treats completely before cutting into 3-inch squares.

Mixed Fruit Salad

Mix the mixed fruit, peaches and pear halves, reserving liquid. Add pineapple chunks and juice.
Add entire can of concentrated frozen orange juice and some of the reserved liquid, if needed, to cover all the fruit.
Save remaining reserved liquid to add after adding bananas and kiwi, if needed, to cover fruit.
Chill.
Before serving, add sliced bananas and kiwi.
This is a good salad to take out or serve if having friends in for breakfast.

Honey Lime Fruit Dip

Beat cream cheese, lime juice, honey and ginger until smooth.
Stir in sour cream.
Chill until ready to serve.

(if using fresh lime juice, a swirly strip of lime peel makes a nice garnish).

Chocolate Fondue

Place chocolate, cream and Cointreau in a heatproof bowl. Stir over a double boiler for 4-5 mins, until melted and smooth.
Meanwhile, toast waffles then cut into heart shapes or fingers. Arrange on a platter along with fruit for dipping in fondue.
Pour chocolate mixture into a warmed fondue pot. Serve immediately.
