Marinated Fruit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can pineapple chunks with juice
    1 large diced apple
    1 (29 oz.) can peach slices, drained
    1 can mandarin oranges, drained
    2 bananas, sliced
    1 kiwi fruit, sliced (optional)
    1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    2 Tbsp. Tang instant breakfast drink mix
Preparation
    Combine fruits and sprinkle the vanilla pudding mix and Tang over fruit and mix.
    Make sure apples and bananas are well coated. Refrigerate covered overnight.
    Serve.
    (Optional:
    If strawberries are desired, add fresh small whole strawberries 15 minutes only before serving!)
    Great for breakfast, salad or dessert!
