Breakfast Smoothie(Replacement For Breakfast) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup apple juice (Organic)
    1 cup of fresh or frozen strawberries
    1 cup of fresh or frozen blueberries
    1 cup of non-fat yogurt
    1 banana
    2 Tbsp. vanilla or strawberry protein powder
    3 Tbsp. honey
    1 cup of crushed ice
Preparation
    Add ingredients one at a time in blender.
    With this smoothie you have 4 recommened servings of fruit for the day.
