Fondue Trio With Fresh Fruit - cooking recipe

None None FOR THE CARAMEL FONDUE
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 cup light cream
2 tbsp butter, chopped
None None FOR THE DARK CHOCOLATE FONDUE
1/4 cup light cream
4 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
None None FOR THE WHITE CHOCOLATE FONDUE
1/4 cup light cream
4 oz white chocolate, chopped
None None Selection of fresh fruit, to serve
Preparation

For the caramel fondue, heat sugar, cream and butter in a small saucepan on low heat. Stir until sugar dissolves. Increase heat to medium; bring to a boil. Simmer, without stirring, 3-4 mins, until thickened. Pour into a bowl.
For the dark chocolate fondue, heat cream in a small saucepan on medium heat, until just simmering. Remove from heat. Add semi-sweet chocolate. Let stand 5 mins. Stir until smooth. Pour into a bowl.
For the white chocolate fondue, heat cream in a small saucepan on medium heat, until just simmering. Remove from heat. Add white chocolate. Let stand 5 mins. Stir until smooth. Pour into a bowl.
Cut a selection of fruit for dipping
