Preheat the oven. I do mine to 160 degrees but it is fan-assisted, so if yours isn't I would do 180 or even 200.
Use the low-fat spread to grease an 8-inch loaf tin.

Roast marshmallows over open flame (or you can break a full graham cracker sheet in half, place 1 marshmallow on top of it, and put it in the middle of the microwave for 15 seconds, skip to step three if you used the microwave).
Break a full graham cracker sheet in half and place a roasted marshmallow on top.
Drizzle desired amount of Hersey's chocolate syrup on top of the roasted marshmallow.
Sandwich with the other half of the graham cracker sheet.

Put everything into microsafe jug and mix. Put lid on jug with pourer open.
Micro on high for 2 minutes Whisk, then micro again 2 minutes Whisk again, and then finally micro for yet another 2 minutes
The mix will have thickened. Now whisk to give a smooth custard-like texture. Stir occasionally as it cools.
Transfer to a sealed container and chill. Before using, stir each time.

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Coat an 8-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray. In blender, puree yogurt, cream cheese, Ricotta cheese, syrup, cocoa, egg whites, cinnamon and coffee liqueur. Pour into pan. Bake for 50 minutes or until set. Let cool.
Combined the cream cheese and sour cream together in a small bowl. Place the mixture in a serving dish.
Add salsa on top of mixture.
Add remaining ingredients on top of the Salsa.
Chill for 30 minutes or longer before serving.
Using a food processor pulse the onion until minced.
Drain and rinse the black beans.
Add to the food processor with the cream cheese.
Pulse until pureed.
Dilute wtih chicken broth to your desired thickness.
Transfer to a medium sauce pan and heat over low heat until thoroughly heated.
Garnish with sour cream and chives.
