Bone-Building Smoothie

PLACE ice, evaporated milk, berries and/or banana, yogurt and Carnation Instant Breakfast in blender; cover.
Blend until smooth.
Kid-Favorite Variations:
- Use 1/2 cup Berry or Apple Flavor JUICY JUICE in addition to evaporated milk and proceed as above.
- Use 2 tablespoons NESTLE NESQUIK Strawberry Flavor Syrup in addition to Carnation Instant Breakfast and proceed as above.

New York Cheese Cake(Diabetic)

nd 1 tsp. Equal for Recipes or 3 packets Equal sweetener

Healthy Peanut Butter Banana Breakfast Smoothie

Put all ingredients in the blender, with the exception of the water. Turn the blender on \"high\" or \"liquify\" until smoothie is blended without chunks. If it is too thick, add a tablespoon of water at a time until it is to the preferred consistency. Pour into a 16oz glass and enjoy!

Yummy Yogurt Smoothie

PLACE milk, yogurt and Carnation Instant Breakfast in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. For a frostier smoothie, add ice. Blend until crushed.
For a no-sugar added version, substitute No Sugar Added Vanilla CrA me NESTLE CARNATION INSTANT BREAKFAST and artificially-sweetened yogurt.

Breakfast Smoothie(Replacement For Breakfast)

Add ingredients one at a time in blender.
With this smoothie you have 4 recommened servings of fruit for the day.

Blue Monkey Smoothie

Place milk, yogurt, Carnation Instant Breakfast drink, blueberries and bananas in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
To change flavor of the smoothie, blend in any flavor of fat free yogurt or unsweetened berries.
For a frostier drink, omit yogurt and blend in 1 cup of your favorite fat free frozen yogurt.

High Protein Breakfast Smoothie

This is a thick smoothie, so add 1/4 cup of orange juice first (or alternate juice with thick ingredients), then add the blueberries followed by the yogourt. Raspberries and Acai juice go right on top.
Add the powder and the remaining juice, followed by honey.
Begin to blend. If you find the smoothie is too thick, add anything else you might want.

Fruit & Carrot Smoothie

Place all ingredients into blender in the order listed. Run on high for approximately 2 minutes (I use a Vita-mix).
Enjoy a really healthy lunch or breakfast smoothie!

Pear, Banana, Oat And Honey Breakfast Smoothie

Place all the ingredients in a smoothie maker or food processor and blend till smooth.
Serve chilled in a tall glass.

Yogurt Breakfast Smoothie

Add those ingredients, in order, into a blender. The order prevents splashing and also helps things like the cinnamon to mix well.
Start blending on slow until it is all mixed. Then blend on progressively higher speeds until you are blending on the fastest speed. Blend on high for about a minute. This aerates the smoothie and gives it a \"fluffiness\".
Pour into glass and enjoy!

Berry Smoothie From Carnation Breakfast Essentials®

Place juice, Carnation Breakfast Essentials Drink, berries and ice in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.

Mexican Chocolate Breakfast Smoothie

Mix everything together except the banana, and leave in the fridge overnight.
When you are ready to eat breakfast, put the mixture in a blender with the banana, and blitz until smooth.

Combine everything in a food processor or blender.
Blend until smooth and serve!

Breakfast Smoothie

In a blender, place the ripe fruit, yogurt, honey and lemon juice.
Add half of the apple juice and mix for approximately 1 minute.
Add more apple juice if the smoothie is too thick.
You can substitute some of the mango or bananas with strawberries, raspberries, ripe peach or other fruit of your choice.
You may also substitute the apple juice with cranberry juice or pineapple juice.

Power Packed Smoothie

Puree strawberries.
Add milk, banana, instant breakfast and frozen yogurt and blend until smooth.

Chocolate-Banana Soy Smoothie

Place soy milk, Carnation Breakfast Essentials Drink, banana and ice in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.

Kiwifruit Frappe And Raspberry-Honey Smoothie

Place 4 serving glasses in fridge to chill. Blend all ingredients for the frappe in a blender or food processor until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses; serve at once.
Repeat with ingredients for the smoothie.
