Power Packed Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. frozen strawberries, thawed
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1/2 peeled banana
    1/2 pkg. vanilla instant breakfast mix
    1/2 c. frozen yogurt (no-fat vanilla or peach)
Preparation
    Puree strawberries.
    Add milk, banana, instant breakfast and frozen yogurt and blend until smooth.
