Blue Monkey Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup skim milk
    1 (8 ounce) container fat-free blueberry yogurt (your favorite flavor) or (8 ounce) container frozen yogurt (your favorite flavor)
    1 (36 g) packet french vanilla instant breakfast drink mix
    1/2 cup unsweetened frozen blueberries (or your favorite berries)
    1 small banana
Preparation
    PLACE milk, yogurt, Instant Breakfast, blueberries and banana in blender; cover.
    Blend until smooth.
