Kiwifruit Frappe And Raspberry-Honey Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    None None FOR THE KIWIFRUIT FRAPPE
    1 cup apple juice
    1 cup peeled, chopped kiwifruit
    1/2 cup chopped pineapple
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1 cup ice cubes
    None None Pineapple wedges and kiwifruit slices, to garnish
    None None FOR THE RASPBERRY-HONEY SMOOTHIE
    1 cup frozen raspberries
    1 cup honey yogurt
    1 cup skim milk
    2 tsp honey
    2 tsp wheat germ (optional)
Preparation
    Place 4 serving glasses in fridge to chill. Blend all ingredients for the frappe in a blender or food processor until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses; serve at once.
    Repeat with ingredients for the smoothie.
