Healthy Peanut Butter Banana Breakfast Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup of crushed ice
    3 ounces greek nonfat vanilla yogurt
    1/2 small banana
    1 tablespoon peanut butter
    1/3 cup kashi honey sunshine cereal
    water (if needed)
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in the blender, with the exception of the water. Turn the blender on \"high\" or \"liquify\" until smoothie is blended without chunks. If it is too thick, add a tablespoon of water at a time until it is to the preferred consistency. Pour into a 16oz glass and enjoy!
