Slice the beef into 1 1/2-inch pieces.
Add soy sauce, cooking wine, 1/2 teaspoon water and cornstarch and mix well.
Mix Sa Tsa Chang, sugar, 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 3 tablespoons water in a bowl for later use.
Divide the sliced beef into 6 portions. Insert the sliced beef through the 6 skewers.
Brown meat on all sides in fat or oil. Put in Dutch oven and add, Mogen David concord grape wine, tomatoes, onions, salt, pepper, thyme, marjoram, and fresh celery leaves. Simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Then, add carrots, green peas, and fresh green onions. Cook 15 minutes.
Serve over wide egg noodles.

Diced chicken breast lightly coated with potato starch.
Fill hot wok with enough Canola oil to fry chicken. Fry chicken for two to three minutes until golden brown and cooked all the way through. Drain the chicken. Rinse out the wok.
Add oil back into hot wok, garlic*, green onions, chili paste *, house white sauce, Chang's Sauce, sesame oil and cornstarch. Mix in fried chicken. Sauce should bind to the chicken. Serve with steamed rice or noodles.
* Add spices to taste.
Soak tapioca in water overnight or a couple of hours.
In saucepan beat eggs.
Add sugar and continue beating until blended. Add milk.
Stir and add tapioca and water.

Blend well! Pour batter into heavily greased Bundt pan and bake in preheated 325\u00b0 oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Cool and invert pan to remove cake.
Measure juice from cherries.
Add wine and enough water to make a scant 2 cups.
Heat and add to Jell-O.

Roll one-half the pastry on floured surface into circle 1-inch larger than inverted pie pan.
Ease pastry into pan.
Combine cornstarch, Equal for Recipes, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt; sprinkle over apples in large bowl and toss.
Arrange apples in pie crust. Roll remaining pastry into circle large enough to fit top of pie. Place on top of pie; seal edges, trim and flute.
