You may use your own stuffing recipe or use Stove Top Stuffing.
I usually add 6 or 8 slices of bread to 1 box of Stove Top.

Preheat oven to 350
Prepare Spinach-Rice Stuffing.
With kitchen scissors, cut
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, and cook and stir the onion and celery until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes. Transfer the vegetables into a large bowl. Mix in the stuffing mix, oysters, melted butter, and seasoning; pour in hot water to desired moistness. If used for stuffing a turkey, stuffing will need less moisture.

Put Croutettes into large bowl.
Add
Combine oleo and water until oleo melts.
Pour over Croutettes; toss lightly.
Stir in 1/2 can onions.
Spoon stuffing mixture into a 9-inch baking pan (1 1/2-quart).
Press stuffing mixture across bottom and up sides of dish to form a shell. Combine soup, milk, turkey or chicken and peas.
Pour into stuffing shell.
Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Top with remaining onions; bake, uncovered, 5 minutes longer.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
Cook chicken breasts in enough water to cover plus poultry seasoning until chicken is very tender and comes away from bones (about 1 and 1/2 hours).
When done,take chicken off bones, discard bones and skin.
Save the broth.
Mix together cooked chicken, broccoli, croutettes, and cream of celery soup.
(Chicken will shred) Add chicken broth to mixture until well moistened (About 2 cups).
Mix in cheddar cheese.
Bake in 350* oven for 45 minutes until very hot.
Prepare instant potatoes for 12.
Dissolve bouillon cubes in water and add Croutettes, egg, onion, parsley, celery, salt and pepper.
Fold into mashed potatoes and put in greased casserole. Sprinkle with paprika.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Cook celery and onion with beef and sausage; drain off fat. In large bowl or pan, put croutettes and wet with hot water until soft, not soppy.
Add meat mixture and stir until all thoroughly mixed.

If necessary, cover stuffing with foil to keep from drying out.

Cook broccoli until almost tender; drain and set aside.
Combine cheese and soup; cook over medium heat until cheese is melted, stirring frequently.
Stir in broccoli.
Pour into 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish.
Top with stuffing.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
Stir together stuffing mix and milk in large mixing bowl.
Let stand 5 minutes or until stuffing is softened.
Add egg, Worcestershire sauce, onion and salt.
Beat well.
Add ground beef.
Mix until combined.
Shape into loaf.
Place in greased or foil lined shallow baking pan.
Score loaf by making several diagonal grooves across top.
Fill with catsup.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes or until well browned.
