Walnut Stuffed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. Kellogg's croutettes stuffing mix
    1/4 c. finely chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 c. margarine or butter
    3/4 c. hot water, canned broth or stock
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts
    1 (3 lb.) whole broiler-fryer chicken, washed and patted dry
    melted margarine or butter
Preparation
    Pour croutettes stuffing mix into large mixing bowl.
    Set aside.
    Cook celery and onion in margarine until tender.
    Add to stuffing mix, tossing gently.
    Stir lightly while adding hot water.
    Gently stir in walnuts.
