In a medium size mixing bowl, combine the ham and cream cheese.
Unroll and separate croissants. Place a dollop of the ham mixture on each croissant. Roll up croissants and place on an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake, uncovered, at 425\u00b0F for 15 to 18 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth.
Add seafood, salt and Tabasco.
Spread seafood mixture on sliced croissants; top with Gruyere and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake 8 minutes or until cheese melts.

Blend margarine, mustard, poppy seed, Worcestershire sauce and onion in a medium bowl.
Split croissants and spread margarine mixture on bottom half of each croissant. Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on top of this.
Bake on cookie sheet for 5 minutes and remove from oven.
Spread margarine mixture on top half of each croissant and place top on sandwich. Bake an additional 5 minutes.

Makes 8 servings.
In food processor or blender, process chicken until finely chopped. Transfer to a large bowl, add walnuts, celery and onion.
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, curry powder, and Cajun seasoning. Mix well.
Pour over the chicken mixture and stir well. Refrigerate for at least an hour.
Place lettuce leaf and about 3/4 cup of the chicken mixture on each croissant.
Note: It is personal preference as to how finely chopped the chicken is.
If you use the little mini-croissants, these make a nice addition as an appetizer.
Cut croissants in half, length-wise.
Slather 1/4 of the cranberry sauce on one side of a croissant and 1/4 of the mayonnaise on the other half.
Layer the sandwich with 1/4th of the turkey, a slice of cheese, lettuce and tomato.
Cut in half and serve.
Place a lettuce leaf on each of the four croissants.
Mix rest of ingredients together in a small bowl then divide among the four sandwiches.
