Breakfast Croissants - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 None croissants, halved
4 slices ham
1 None tomato, thinly sliced
4 slices Gruyere cheese
4 None hard-boiled eggs, peeled, quartered
None None baby arugula, to serve
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Fill croissants with ham, tomato, cheese and egg. Arrange on a baking tray and bake for 4-5 mins, until warmed and cheese starts to melt. Serve with arugula.
