Spread cream cheese over ham slices.
Lay 1 scallion on top lengthwise.

Roll up halves, with filling on the inside.
Wrap with a slice of bacon.
Secure with toothpick.
These can be frozen at this point.
Bake until brown on one side; turn and brown on the other side.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 3 to 5 minutes.
Serve immediately.
Mix cream cheese, green onions, cheese, and salad dressing. Spread over tortillas and roll up.
