Cream Cheese Roll-Ups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 loaf thin sliced Roman Meal bread
8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 stick butter
butter for bread
Preparation

Cut crusts on bread.
Put light coat of butter on outside. Combine softened cream cheese, sugar and softened stick of butter. Spread this mixture on each sliced, then roll up.
Make a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
Sprinkle this on outside; freeze.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for approximately 7 minutes.
