Cream Cheese Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) loaf white sandwich bread
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, melted
Preparation
    Cut crusts off bread.
    Roll bread slices thin with rolling pin.
    Spread cream cheese on bread, then roll up into \"fingers\". Mix sugar and cinnamon in bowl.
    Dip bread fingers in melted butter, then in cinnamon sugar mix.
    Place on greased cookie sheet and bake in 350\u00b0 oven until lightly browned and crunchy, about 20 to 25 minutes.
    These can be frozen after baking and then rewarmed.
