Cream Cheese Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. softened cream cheese
    1 egg
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 stick butter
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 lb. Colonial white bread
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Melt butter and set aside.
    Mix 1 cup sugar and cinnamon and set aside.
    Cut edges from bread.
    With rolling pin roll slices of bread until flat and thin.
    Mix first four ingredients.
    Put 1 teaspoon cream cheese mixture on each slice of bread and spread out.
    Roll corner to corner.
    Dip in melted butter, then sugar mixture.
    Bake on cookie sheet 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
