Surprise Cream Cheese Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 loaf square bread, remove crust and roll thin
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar

Preparation

Cream the cream cheese, egg and sugar and spread on thin bread; roll up as jelly roll.
Cut in half.
Roll in 1st, melted margarine, then mixture of 1 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon. Chill at least 1 hour or overnight.
Bake 15 minutes at 325\u00b0. Freezes well before baking.
