For the Cake: Set oven rack in middle
Beat together oil, melted butter, brown sugar, white sugar and eggs.
Fold in flour, allspice, nutmeg, cinnamon, bananas, cranberry liqueur, cranberry sauce and walnuts or pecans.
Bake in two loaf pans for 55 minutes at 350\u00b0.
