Put Corn Pops in a big bowl and set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients in a large pan and cook over medium heat.
Stir constantly until the butter is melted.
Bring to a boil and continue cooking to the firm ball stage.
Remove from heat and pour over Corn Pops.
Mix thoroughly.
Boil butter, sugar and syrup for 5 minutes.
Add soda; mix well.
Put corn pops in a large pan (a roaster works well).
Pour syrup over corn pops and mix well.\tBake at 250\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Every 15 minutes remove from oven and stir well.
Return to oven; repeat this 2 more times.
When done, spread out on wax paper or a brown paper bag.

In large roasting pan, mix corn pops and nuts; set aside.

Put Corn Pops in large turkey roaster or deep pan.
Use heavy saucepan and wooden spoon.
Mix all other ingredients.
Heat on high heat; bring to boil.
(Do not turn heat down.)
Boil for 10 to 20 minutes, until it turns paper bag brown.
Pour over pops until coated.
Dump onto waxed paper or clean countertop until cooled.

Add slivered almonds and shredded coconut if desired.
In 2 qt. sauce pan mix butter, brown sugar and corn syrup. Bring to boil. Take off heat. Add baking soda. It will foam.
Pour sauce over corn pops or curls. On cake pan, stir until mixed. Bake in warm oven 250\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Using 4 cup glass measuring cup, place sugar, syrup, salt and margarine in it.
Place in microwave and bring to a full boil (full power 2 to 4 minutes).
Remove from microwave and stir in baking soda.
Spray inside of a large grocery bag with nonstick cooking spray.
Add corn pops or popcorn and pour hot mixture over corn.
Place in microwave on full power for 1 1/2 minutes.
Shake; repeat.
Microwave 1/2 minute.
Shake; repeat.
Place on hot cookie sheet.
Cool.
Preheat oven to 250\u00b0.
