Hot Clam Dip

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a small skillet, heat olive oil until hot.
Add onion and green pepper; saute until tender, about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Stir in red clam sauce, Italian style bread crumbs and cheese.
Place in a 2-cup ovenproof casserole.
Cover and bake until cheese is melted, about 20 minutes.
Serve at once with raw vegetables, crackers or chips. Yields 2 cups.

Oven-Baked Cod With Bread Crumbs

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lay cod fillets in a baking dish and season lightly with salt and pepper.
Combine water and fish bouillon cube in a bowl. Stir to combine and pour over cod.
Mix bread crumbs, butter, parsley, dill, tarragon, salt, and pepper in a bowl with a fork until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over cod.
Bake in the preheated oven until fish flakes easily with a fork and the crust is golden and crunchy, about 20 minutes.

Cauliflower With Bread Crumbs

Rinse cauliflower with cold water.
Place whole cauliflower in pot and fill with enough water to cover the cauliflower.
Add salt to water and cauliflower.
Cook cauliflower until tender (approximately 20 minutes).
Test tenderness by spearing with fork.
Drain off liquid.
Place cauliflower in bowl.
In small saucepan, melt butter on medium heat.

Lemon-Garlic Green Beans With Crispy Crumbs

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add bread crumbs; stir 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown. Stir in lemon zest and salt, if desired. Transfer crumbs to a bowl.
Add remaining 1 tablespoon oil and garlic to same skillet. Stir over medium heat 30 seconds. Add green beans and lemon juice; stir until heated through. Serve beans topped with bread crumbs and pepper, if desired.

Green Beans With Bread Crumbs

Combine green beans and 1/2 cup water in a medium pot. Cover, and bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium, and let beans cook for 10 minutes, or until tender. Drain well.
Place beans in a medium serving bowl, and mix in bread crumbs, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano and basil. Toss mixture until the beans are coated. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and serve.

Rinse chicken breasts.
Place chicken and Italian dressing in one baggie.
Let marinate in refrigerator.
Place bread crumbs, garlic, salt and pepper in baggie.
Mix.
Drop chicken pieces in bag of crumbs and coat completely.
Place on baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until done.

Simple Chicken Mayo With Parmesan And Bread Crumbs

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Place chicken breasts in a baking pan.
Mix Parmesan cheese and mayonnaise in a bowl; spread evenly over chicken breasts. Coat with bread crumbs; sprinkle with herbes de Provence.
Bake in the preheated oven until chicken breasts are no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, 20 to 25 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).

Add tomatoes, parsley, artichokes and pasta water, if needed.

Hot Clam Dip Iii

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, slowly cook and stir minced clams in the lemon juice until heated and tender, abou 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
Transfer clams to a medium baking dish. Mix in seasoned bread crumbs, onion, parsley, oregano, black pepper, garlic powder, margarine and approximately 3/4 of the reserved clam juice. Top with grated Parmesan cheese and paprika.
Bake clam mixture in the preheated oven 30 minutes, or until lightly browned.

Combine clams, onion and garlic on stove; simmer 15 minutes. Turn off heat.
Add butter, Tabasco, parsley, oregano and lemon juice and mix.
Add bread crumbs and pieces of white bread until it starts to firm up.
Layer, in large dish, clam dip and Swiss cheese, alternating layers.
Heat until bubbly.

Clam Casino Dip

Saute garlic, onions, parsley, oregano and bread crumbs in olive oil for about 2 minutes, mixing thoroughly.
When onions and garlic start to brown, remove mixture from frypan and mix with clams (and their juice) and cheese.
Pour mixture into baking pan or casserole dish.
Sprinkle the top with bread crumbs.
Place in a 375\u00b0 oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
Serve with Melba toast rounds or crackers.

Sprinkle with cheese.
Mix just a little bit.
Coat with paprika.
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serve hot with Fritos.

Melt margarine.
Add onion and cook until soft.
Add spices, clams, lemon and garlic.
Simmer 8 to 10 minutes; don't let all juice evaporate.
Add bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese; mix well. Layer clam mixture in a casserole, alternating layers with Mozzarella.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or 5 minutes on High in a microwave.

Minced Clam Dip

Saute clams for 10 minutes and leave juice.
Saute pepper and onion with margarine, adding lemon to taste, for 10 minutes. Combine above ingredients and add 1 cup bread crumbs.
Season with parsley and oregano.
Mix well; top with shredded Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
