Minced Clam Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 onion, diced
    1 c. bread crumbs
    parsley, oregano and lemon to taste
    1 stick margarine
    3 cans minced clams
    Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Saute clams for 10 minutes and leave juice.
    Saute pepper and onion with margarine, adding lemon to taste, for 10 minutes. Combine above ingredients and add 1 cup bread crumbs.
    Season with parsley and oregano.
    Mix well; top with shredded Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
