Pasta With Bread Crumbs, Garlic, Anchovies And Artichokes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. penne, cooked 7 to 8 minutes
    5 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
    3 garlic cloves
    4 anchovy fillets, chopped
    1/2 c. sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
    2 Tbsp. bread crumbs (plain)
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    6 artichokes, chopped
Preparation
    Saute garlic in oil. Add bread crumbs until golden.
    Add tomatoes, parsley, artichokes and pasta water, if needed.
    Add cooked pasta and toss.
