Clam Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 cans minced clams (6 oz. cans undrained)
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    garlic powder to taste
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Add onion and cook until soft.
    Add spices, clams, lemon and garlic.
    Simmer 8 to 10 minutes; don't let all juice evaporate.
    Add bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese; mix well. Layer clam mixture in a casserole, alternating layers with Mozzarella.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or 5 minutes on High in a microwave.
