Hot Clam Dip(Serve With Crackers) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans minced clams
    1 stick butter
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    1 small pkg. Mozzarella
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 1/2 tsp. parsley
    1 1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 medium, chopped onion
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    In a separate bowl, mix bread crumbs, diced Mozzarella, lemon juice and clams with juice.
    Add garlic, parsley and oregano to onion while cooking.
    Mix and cook 3 to 4 minutes.
    Pour onion into bowl with clams.
    Cook in casserole 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    When brown on top, it's finished.
