br>Cook Uncle Ben's broccoli-rice-au gratin in chicken broth
Prepare Minute rice and set aside.
Cook slightly the frozen broccoli and drain; melt Velveeta, butter and onion over low heat. Mix broccoli, rice, cheese and cream of mushroom soup and bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.

In another pot, mix broccoli and cheese soup with 1/4 cup of mix and stir until creamy.
Add a little more milk if needed to keep the soup from getting thick.
Keep it a little loose and creamy.
Pour potatoes in casserole dish and pour mixture on top.
Put in oven for 30 minutes.
In a bowl, combine the rice, cheese, 1/2 cup egg substitute

done. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine soup, rice, cheese and margarine.\tCook for 5 to 7 minutes
or until cheese melts and can be blended easily.\tTo cheese mixture,
add
onion and broccoli; stir thoroughly.
Pour into an
8-inch dish (Pyrex). Cook
on High for 10 to 12 minutes,
rotating
dish
1/4\tturn after 5 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes,
or
cook\tthis
in oven at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Thaw and drain broccoli.
Saute onions, celery, and butter.
Blend broccoli, rice, cream of chicken soup, milk, water chestnuts and 4 oz cheese whiz. Add the onions, celery, and butter mixture.
Put remaining 4 oz of cheese whiz on the top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
Cook rice according to directions on package.
Cook frozen broccoli a couple of minutes in boiling water.
Warm Cheez Whiz in microwave and add to cream soup.
Layer 1/2 rice, all broccoli, 1/2 soup and cheese mix, onion rings, rest of rice and rest of soup and cheese mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Stir onion in 1 tbsp butter and cook in skillet until soft.
Add rice, soup, broccoli and cheez whiz;mix lightly.
Spoon into 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Toss together remaining 1 tablespoons.

Boil chicken breast off of bone; salt and pepper.

Add cheese, milk, salt and soup; stir in onion and heat and stir until cheese is melted at low heat. Pour rice in greased casserole dish and add margarine.
Cook broccoli according to directions.
Drain broccoli; stir into rice. Pour cheese mixture over broccoli and rice.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Makes approximately 8 to 10 (1/2 cup) servings.
Mix broccoli, 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, onion, 2 eggs, flour, and garlic salt.
Set aside.
Combine hot cooked rice, 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, and 1 egg.
Spread over bottom& sides of a 9\" pie plate.
Spoon broccoli mixture into the crust and cover with wax paper.
Microwave on medium high for 10- 13 minutes or until filling is set.
Let stand covered for 5 minutes and sprinkle with paprika.
Steam broccoli until done. Drain. Saute onion and pepper in butter. Mix broccoli, rice, onion, pepper and mushroom soup together. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour into casserole dish. Top with grated cheese. Put in oven at 350\u00b0 long enough to heat through and melt cheese.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees and boil water.
In a 13x9 casserole dish, combine rice and contents of seasoning packet; add boiling water to dish and mix well.
Add chicken, sprinkle with garlic powder; cover and bake for 30 minutes.
Add broccoli and cheese; cover and continue to bake for another 8-10 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center.
