Quick & Easy Pork Sausage

TO MAKE BASIC PORK SAUSAGE RECIPE: Place ground pork into a large bowl. Measure and distribute ingredient items evenly over pork. Wearing kitchen gloves, combine mixture using hands until thoroughly blended. Brown pork sausage in skillet, or cook according to recipe directions.
TO MAKE VARIATION SAUSAGE RECIPE: Add specified additional ingredients before mixing. Brown in skillet, or cook according to recipe directions.

Bisquick Sausage Balls

Brown sausage in a frying pan, crumbling it as it cooks. Set aside to cool.
In a large mixing bowl, combine Bisquick, water, and cheese. Stir, then mix in cooled sausage.
Wet your hands (so the meat won't stick) and roll into small balls. Bake on cookie sheets at 325 degrees for about 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Bisquick Sausage Quiche

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 9 inch pie plate with nonstick cooking spray.
To make the crust, stir Bisquick and butter until blended. Add boiling water and stir quickly until soft dough forms. Press the dough into the pie plate bottom and up the sides.
Sprinkle the cheese, sausage and parsley over the crust.
Mix together the milk, butter, eggs and onion powder. Add the basil. Pour into the crust.
Bake 30-35 minutes until a knife comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.

Apricot Sausage Recipe

Place sausage in skillet, cover with water. Bring to a slow boil; boil for 10 minutes.
Drain and return to heat.
Add apricot jam and orange juice. Simmer for at least 1/2 hour, or until liquid has thickened. Keep a lid on skillet and turn sausage several times while cooking. Serve hot.
Garnish with orange slices.

Bisquick® Sausage Balls

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Grease a baking sheet.
Mix baking mix, Cheddar cheese, sage-flavored pork sausage, and hot pork sausage together in a bowl. Roll mixture into golf ball-sized balls; arrange balls on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven until meatballs are no longer pink in the middle and browned on the outside, 25 to 30 minutes.

Combine sausage, onions, Bisquick, cheese & spices.
In a huge bowl, whisk eggs, egg substitute & milk together.
Stir sausage mixture into egg mixture.
Pour into greased 9x13 pan.
Bake @ 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes until a knife inserted into center comes out clean.
