Cook deer steak in pressure cooker for about 15 minutes.
Let cool.
Cut up into small pieces.
Spread evenly in a 9 x 9-inch baking dish.
Spread on top of deer steak the salt and pepper, chicken soup, broccoli soup and Stove Top dressing.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 20 minutes.
Trim deer steak of all fat, etc.
Soak in combination of milk and Worcestershire sauce for 2 to 3 hours.
Cut deer steak or tenderloin into 1-inch strips.
Saute in cooking oil or bacon fat until done.
Prepare rice dish (such as Rice-A-Roni or any type prepared rice dish).
Add deer meat strips.
May be served warm or cold.
Take desired amount of deer steak; chop with edge of saucer. Salt, pepper and flour each piece; drop in hot skillet.
Cook until done.

Cut deer steak into small pieces.
Cook in water at low temperature for 2 to 3 hours or until tender.
Add water as needed.
Add cut up green pepper during the last hour of cooking. When steak and pepper are done, add soup mix and gravy.
Dish is completed when boiling starts.
Combine last 5 ingredients and pour over deer steak.
Let stand 24 hours.
Grill.
Do not overcook.
Soak deer steak, covered in water, in refrigerator overnight, changing water 2 or 3 times.
Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Put meat in pan.
Slice butter on top of meat.
Sprinkle with pepper, garlic, seasoned salt and popcorn butter to taste.
Cover meat with bacon strips, then cover with bell pepper and onions.
Cover and cook in oven at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Soak deer steak, covered in water, in refrigerator overnight. Change water 2 or 3 times.
Put uncooked deer in a pan.
Add Italian seasoning to deer steak and leave overnight.
Roll deer in flour.
Fry until brown. Put in pan, then pour cream of mushroom soup over steak.
Put in oven at 450\u00b0 and bake for 45 minutes.
Take out and serve.
Take your round deer steak and cut into strips.
Add your 1/2 cup of Dale's steak seasoning and the Montreal steak seasoning (sprinkle to your liking).
Let marinate for at least 2 hours. Then melt your butter or margarine and simmer strips with bell pepper and onion for about 1 hour.
(Cover your skillet.)
Season flour with salt, pepper and Mrs. Dash. Beat milk and egg together. Roll deer meat into milk, then into flour. Fry in oil until crisp. Take up and drain out oil but 2 tablespoons of it. Add meat back in pan. Pour Worcestershire sauce over meat, then add tomatoes. Cover with tight lid and simmer for 1 hour over low heat.
Serve with rice.

Bake 60 minutes at 350\u00b0. Serves 4.
Put oil in pan on high heat.
Flour tenderized deer and brown fast on both sides. Put in casserole dish.

Marinate steak overnight in a mixture of Italian dressing, lemon juice, cooking wine, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
Cut bell pepper and onion up and place in marinade.
Take steak and beat with a meat mallet; flour.
Pour enough oil in skillet to almost cover meat.
Get grease hot.
Fry meat fast with onion and bell pepper.
Slice onion and pepper in rings.
Brown onion and pepper lightly in oil.
Remove and drain.
Mix flour, salt and pepper. Pound into trimmed deer steaks.
Brown on both sides.
Drain off oil.
Heat butter and Crisco in skillet. Beat eggs well; add salt, pepper and garlic salt.
Dip steak into eggs, then into the flour and fry until crust is formed and meat is done.
Dip meat in flour, then fry until brown in bacon fat.
Place in bottom of casserole dish.
Mix together the soup and soup mix. (I mix these in the skillet to get all the drippings.)
Add enough water to make a smooth mixture (1/2 can).
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for at least 1 hour.
(I put a lid on the casserole dish.)
May need to add water as baking.
Can be served as steak or cut in small pieces and served over noodles.
