Swiss Deer Steak - cooking recipe

3 lb. deer steak
1 large bell pepper
1 large onion
1/2 qt. tomatoes
3 c. flour
1 c. oil
1 stick butter
platter of cooked rice
Preparation

Put oil in pan on high heat.
Flour tenderized deer and brown fast on both sides. Put in casserole dish.
