1 pkg. deer steak or any deer, cut in small pieces to fry
oil
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 large onion, sliced
salt
pepper
flour
Preparation

Flour deer after salting and
peppering.
Fry
in oil to brown.
Meanwhile place a large
skillet
or
pot
on
another burner.
Depending on amount you
cook,
put water in pot.
For one package of deer to feed 4, use about 2 cups of water.
When meat is browned, drop directly
into
water
that is simmering. Do not drain on paper.
Continue
until
all
meat
is browned. Cook onions in oil until tender.
Drain off most of oil.
Brown small amount of flour and brown.
Add
all
