Mom'S Deer Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. deer steak
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 medium onions, cut up
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Roll
    steak
    in
    flour and brown on both sides in bacon drippings
    in skillet.
    Cover steak with water and add remaining ingredients.
    Cook until meat is tender.
    More liquid can be added.
