Prepare cake mix as directed, baking in 13 x 9 inch pan. Cool 15 minutes then poke holes in cake with utility fork. Meanwhile, combine milk, sugar and 1/2 c. coconut in saucepan. Bring to a boil and reduce heat, and simmer for one minute. Carefully spoon over warm cake, allowing liquid to seep down through holes. Cool completely. Fold 1/2 c. coconut into whipped topping and spread over cake. Sprinkle with remaining coconut. Chill overnight. Store leftover in refrigerator.
Mix flour, soda, cinnamon and salt.
Beat oil, sugar and eggs until well blended.
Add flour mixture and beat until smooth. Stir in pineapple, carrots and coconut.
Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until done.
Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
In medium bowl, combine oats, flour and almonds.
In large bowl, beat together butter and 1/4 cup sugar until light and fluffy.
Add almond extract; mix well.

Combine milk, sugar, egg yolks, butter or margarine and vanilla in a sauce pan.
Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened, about 12 minutes.

Let stand about 5 minutes, then sprinkle with coconut. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Serve warm or cool. Store any leftovers in refrigerator.
