Ingredients

2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. biscuit mix (Bisquick)
4 eggs
1/2 stick margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 c. Bakers Angel Flake coconut
Preparation

Combine milk, sugar, biscuit mix, margarine, eggs and vanilla in blender; cover and blend on low speed for 3 minutes.
Pour into a greased pie plate.
Let stand 5 minutes, then sprinkle with coconut.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Serve warm or cold.
