Ingredients

2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. biscuit mix
4 eggs
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. Bakers Angel Flake coconut
Preparation

Combine milk, sugar, biscuit mix, eggs, butter and vanilla in electric blender container. Cover and blend at low speed for 3 minutes. Pour into a greased 9-inch pie pan. Let stand about 5 minutes, then sprinkle with coconut. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Serve warm or cool. Store any leftovers in refrigerator.
