Baked Round Steak

Preheat oven 350 degrees.
Dust steak chunks in flour that has been seasoned with salt and pepper or montreal steak seasoning.
Brown steak chunks in oil in a skillet.
Place steaks pieces in a 9 X 13 pan that has been sprayed with pam.
In a small pot, bring soup, broth and mushrooms to a boil. Mix well and pour over steak -- Cover with foil and bake 2 hours or until steak is tender. Serve over mashed potatoes or buttered noodles.

Baked Flank Steak

Set oven at 450\u00b0.
Use flat baking dish large enough for steak. Set dish in oven for 5 minutes.
Blend butter and seasoning and add to dish.
When butter melts, add steak.
Bake 5 minutes and turn steak.
Bake another 5 minutes (or more).
Slice steak on diagonal and turn each slice in seasonings in dish.
Serve in dish.

Baked Cubed Steak

Roll steak in flour and brown in oil; place steak in casserole dish.
(Salt and pepper both sides of steak during browning.)
Cut up 1 large onion all over steak.
Put water with oil from frying pan and completely cover steak.
Cover dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 3 hours.

Barbecued Round Steak

Cut round steaks into crosswise slices about 1/2 inch wide.
Heat oil; brown steak on all sides.
Use a slotted spoon to remove meat to a baking dish; set aside.

Baked Round Steak In Barbeque Sauce

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Brown steak strips on all sides. With a slotted spoon, transfer steak strips to a baking dish. Stir garlic into skillet; cook 5 minutes. Add vinegar, sugar, and ketchup. Then stir in mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper; and simmer 3 minutes. Pour sauce over steak strips.
Cover baking dish, and bake in a preheated oven for 1 hour. Uncover, and bake for 30 minutes more.

Place foil in roasting pan, enough to wrap over steak, potatoes and carrots.
Place steak in pan.
Combine soups and pour over steak.
Add potatoes and carrots; wrap.

Cook, uncovered, on Medium for 2 minutes.
Cover loosely and let stand for 2 or 3 minutes before serving.

Oven Baked Cube Steak

Sprinkle steak with sauce, pepper and small amount of salt. Roll in flour.
Brown each piece of steak in skillet with olive oil.
Have heat high enough to brown quickly.
Place in baking dish with 1/2 cup of water to cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. This was one of Mama's old recipes.

Baked Lemon Steak

Cut steak into 4 to 6 pieces.
Slice 1 lemon and 1 onion and place into a baking pan on the bottom.
Mix ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and 2 tablespoons of water.
Pour half of mixture into pan.
Salt and pepper steak if desired.

Baked Barbecue Steak

Chop the steak into chunks about 1-inch.
Place in bottom of casserole.
Put in barbecue sauce, then carrots and onions.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 25 to 30 minutes or until done.
