Baked Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak (1-inch thick)
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 onions, sliced
    1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/3 c. flour
    1/4 c. oil or shortening
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire
Preparation
    Trim fat from steak; cut into serving size pieces.
    Heat oil in skillet; brown steak.
    Season with 1 1/2 teaspoons salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
    Place in single layer in baking dish.
    Cover with onions.
    In skillet, heat tomatoes; add Worcestershire sauce and season to taste.
    Pour over steak; cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until tender.
