Oven Baked Round Steak(Nonfat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 piece round steak, tenderized
seasonings (your favorite)
2 Tbsp. shortening
1 can beef broth

Preparation

Season steak with your favorite seasonings.
Dredge steak in flour.
Heat a Teflon skillet with the shortening.
Brown cut up pieces for steaks.
Place in Dutch oven. Pour beef broth over steak.
Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 until tender.
