Baked Round Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 round steak (any size)
 
1 small onion, sliced
Preparation
- 
                            Wash round steak under cold water to remove any bone residue left from slicing.
 
Place steak flat in 8 1/2 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Place onion slices over steak.
Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
Do not uncover until done.
