Combine all ingredients, except ham, in crock-pot; stir well. Sprinkle ham over top, pushing half down into beans.
Cover and cook on low setting for 4 to 12 hours (on high setting for 2 to 3 hours).

Combine broccoli and ham in crock pot.
Combine soup, cheese sauce, milk, rice, celery and onion.
Stir into soup mixture into ham mixture.
Cook on low 4-5 hours- make sure rice is tender.
