Pour noodles in casserole dish.
Cover with hamburger and top with cheese sauce. Bake at 350\u00b0 covered for 30 minutes.
Lightly brown hamburger in skillet, drain off fat.
Stir in tomatoes, sauce, salt, sugar and garlic.
Simmer 5 to 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cook noodles and drain well.
Blend with fork, sour cream, cream cheese and onions.
In greased casserole, pour small amount of meat sauce; cover with layer of noodles and grated cheese.
Repeat layers, topping with meat sauce.
Bake 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
