Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 large onion
3 medium white potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Peel potatoes; slice thin and boil on top of stove for approximately 4 to 5 minutes until slightly tender.
Place potatoes on the bottom of casserole dish.
Slice onion over potatoes.
Season hamburger as desired.
Spread hamburger evenly over potatoes and onions.
Pour can of cream of mushroom soup over hamburger.
Let cook for about 45 minutes until hamburger is done.
