Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger
4 to 5 potatoes
spices (of choice)
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Boil potatoes until done.
Mash and cream with butter, salt and canned milk.
Smooth potatoes on bottom of greased casserole pan.
Brown hamburger.
Season.
Drain any grease.
Add to casserole, topping potatoes.
Grate cheese and cover casserole. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
