Remove the plastic and wash THE PICNIC HAM under cold water very, very well to get all the salt off.Remove the fat and brine.
Cut up the ham in large chunks place in crock pot along with the bone.
DO NOT ADD WATER. Cloves are optional! Cook on high for 6 hours and serve.
Trim excess fat from ham.
Score top in a diagonal pattern and insert 10 cloves in gashes.
Place ham on a rack or open roaster. Bake in a preheated 325\u00b0 oven about 2 hours.
Brush ham with apricot jam or preserves mixed with wine.

Brown butter; add onions and fry a little.
Add milk; mix about 3 cups flour with a little milk.
Add to boiling milk.
When thickened, add potatoes, ham, cheese, salt, pepper and chicken base seasoning to suit your taste.
Cook ham as directed. When fully cooked, drain juices from pan.
Combine Karo syrup and honey in microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 1 minute.
Add butter and corn starch.
Use whisk to mix until smooth.
Coat entire ham until all glaze is gone.
Leave uncoverd and return to oven for 10-15 minutes, spoon glaze from pan back onto ham about every 5 minutes (until glaze in pan looks \"gooey\").
Cut and serve.

Make pocket in ham for stuffing.
Soak fruit in a bowl with water for 2 to 3 hours.
Drain and reserve water.
In a saucepan, place reserved water with sugar and cook for 5 minutes to dissolve.
Add lemon juice and cornstarch, cooking and stirring until mixture thickens.
Remove from heat and cool.
Add rum, fruit and bread crumbs.
Mix well and stuff ham.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 3 hours.

Parboil ham in pot of water for 45 minutes over medium heat. Remove rind from ham, leaving thin layer of fat.
Score fat and stud with cloves.

Blend pineapple, cider vinegar, mustard and brown sugar in blender. Pour over ham.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Cover and bake for 2 hours longer or until ham is tender, basting frequently.

Use toothpicks to place onion slices on ham. Then put pineapple slices on top of onions.

Cook until tender and done.

Place cloves on top.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.

Use pressure cooker with rack in it.
If ham has hard skin, soak 1 hour in water to cover.
Tenderized ham does not require soaking.
Place ham on rack and water in cooker.
Exhaust cooker. Cook for 1 1/2 hours at 15 pounds pressure.
Let indicator return to 0.
Mix all ingredients, except ham.
Pour mixture over ham and bake at 300\u00b0 for 2 hours, basting.

Mix Coke, brown sugar, honey and syrup together.
