Glazed Baked Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 lb.) ham
    10 cloves
    1 c. apricot jam or preserves
    1/4 c. sweet Niagara wine
Preparation
    Trim excess fat from ham.
    Score top in a diagonal pattern and insert 10 cloves in gashes.
    Place ham on a rack or open roaster. Bake in a preheated 325\u00b0 oven about 2 hours.
    Brush ham with apricot jam or preserves mixed with wine.
    Bake 30 minutes longer. Brush once or twice with remaining glaze as it bakes.
    Serves 10 plus.
