Baked Honey Ham - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 lb.) ham
6 whole cloves
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1 jar pickled peaches (reserve juice)
1 c. honey
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. diced mandarin oranges
1 c. diced pineapple
1 c. seeded white grapes, cut
Preparation

Wash ham and place fat side up in roaster.
Stick in the cloves.
Pour the vinegar and peach juice over the ham.
(Reserve peaches for garnish.)
Rub with honey, then brown sugar.
Bake at 300\u00b0, uncovered, for 1 hour.
Cover and bake 2 hours.
Baste the ham every 30 minutes.
Add the diced fruits and bake 1 hour or until ham is tender.
Serve sliced ham with fruit sauce from the roaster.
Garnish with peaches.
